We are looking for a Sales Lead to expand our business into new Industries and to scale the business by winning RPOs and selling prepayment plans. From day one with us, you should already have a clear list of companies you want to attack and sell our services. You are not scared of closing at least 8 contracts every month.
You should already have a lot of experience selling premium recruiting services (e.g. you have worked in a headhunting firm and consistently reached your target, or have sold big plans (minimum 20,000 USD plans) for other recruiting tools). If you were a 360 consultant in a big headhunting firm, the part you liked the most was selling to your clients, negotiating higher fees, having them pay a retainer or sign big projects, for long term and lasting relationships.
What will you be doing:
You will have to sell Listopro and help us directly scale our business. You will report directly to the CEO, work with him directly, also to constantly improve how we pitch our value proposition to clients, and make industry specific adjustments to make our platform more attractive.
Your role will be extremely hands-on (and tied to results = selling prepaid contracts) plus strategic since you can have an impact and decision-making in creating new products/services that will really help us scale the business.
As we scale, your role will turn into a head of Sales position and have sales people reporting to you.
Close new deals (for our pay as you model with setup fees or sell our plans)
Get our business ready to sell RPOs (and achieve the first sales)
Use your direct network to close the first clients (i.e. you should have sold more than 100 clients, and this should be a great base to get started
Foster long-term relationships with Hiring Managers, CEO’s & HR stakeholders
Potentially recruit, onboard and hire new Sales Executives
Strong Sales Experience in recruiting or headhunting (with saas experience)
+3 years Sales experience selling headhunting services or SaaS recruiting softwares.
Having sold to at least more than 100 different accounts in your Sales history
Passionate about sales and helping clients
Hard-working: be ready to work long hours if needed and get sh*t done :)
High Energy: you need to be always available for our clients and make sure the service is working well :)
Self-learner: be able to build things by yourself, and if you have no guidance, find yourself a solution (Google is a free resource to everyone ;))
